“The wound is the place where the light enters you.”

- Rumi -

If you’re suffering or feeling stuck, I’m here to help. Through a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, I’m here to listen to your concerns, fears and hopes. It is from this process of opening up about our difficulties that we can begin to gain insight, strengthen our sense of self and be better able to cope with the struggles that we face.

I am passionate about helping individuals who are ready for change to heal, connect and thrive. My approach is warm, non-judgmental and collaborative. I work in a holistic way that starts with empathy and exploration to help you feel heard and foster self-awareness. I combine this client centered approach with more direct approaches to help you recognize unhealthy patterns, alleviate symptoms, and make lasting changes.

I help individuals with:

• Anxiety

• Depression

• Trauma / PTSD

• Self-Esteem

• Grief & Loss

• Family Conflict

• Personal Growth

• Relationship Issues

• Cultural & Identity Issues

• Life Transitions

Are you struggling in a relationship? Do you feel stuck, alone or misunderstood? I specialize in helping distress couples who are not ready to give up on their relationship to find joy, trust and connection again using an integrated approach grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method.

When our trust in a relationship is disrupted or not established in our childhood, our attempts to connect falls into negative patterns that creates conflict or distance. I help couples to understand and change their negative patterns, reduce conflict, gain insight, repair emotional injuries and learn healthy communication skills, so that they can feel safe and have a deeper and more fulfilling relationship.

I help couples with:

• Healing Relationships

• Strengthening Connection

• Premarital Counseling

• Improving Communication

• Parenting and Co-parenting

• Reducing Conflict

Individual Counseling is $180 for a 60 minutes session

Couples Counseling is $225 for a 75 minutes session

Payment is due at each session. I accept payment through Ivy Pay, Zelle or PayPal.

I am an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be able select an out-of-network counselor and be eligible for reimbursement. I can provide a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance to find out what type of mental health services are covered before the onset of therapy.

While I do not accept insurance, I do offer a small number of sliding scale fees for clients who might have a financial need.

In order for therapy to be effective, sessions are normally scheduled once a week. A scheduled appointment means that time is specifically reserved for you. If you have to cancel your appointment, 48 hours advance notice is required, or you will be charged your regular fee.
